Stepping in for our Supervisor when necessary, you’ll run the plant, diagnose faults and carry out maintenance quickly, logically and safely. |

With a production line background and a craft-based apprenticeship at NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) or above, you’ll be able to interpret technical drawings. However, what will really set you apart will be the drive and desire to take responsibility and make your ideas heard. Some management or supervisory expertise would be ideal. |
